Now Offering a New Service and a New Look

Libby Calnon headshotAs fall gets underway, we are busy with several projects to serve you better. Our line crew is making good progress on construction of our new transmission line, and our office staff has news to share.

Now Offering Phone Service

We are excited to announce we now offer phone service to our fiber internet subscribers. If you receive fiber internet service from us, you can sign up for a Voice over Internet Protocol phone service.

Our plans start at $20 a month. If you do not have our fiber internet service, but live in an area where we offer it, plans start at $45 a month.

Our standard VoIP phone service comes with caller ID, call waiting, voicemail, and other features. We also offer plans with international calling.

We are testing VoIP phone service for wireless internet customers and may be able to offer it in the future.

New Bill Design Has More Options

Your Hood River Electric & Internet Co-op bill has a new look. This new design is easier to read and gives us more ways to share information with you.

If you would like to combine your electric and internet accounts into one billing statement, you can. Call us and request invoice billing, and we will set it up for you. With invoice billing, all your services are on one bill. You can see summarized and detailed information for each service. I have my electric and internet accounts set up like this, and having them on one page helps me track my expenses.
