HR Co-op is led by a nine-member board of directors elected by members just like you. Directors who know the local issues, and are motivated to keep the community strong to meet its current and future needs.
The directors, whose jobs are to set rates and co-op policies, are elected by the membership at large. They serve staggered three-year terms, with three directors elected each year at the annual meeting. Pepe Rivera was elected at the 2024 Annual Meeting to replace Roger Nelson, who retired after 23 years on the board.
